Changing Indigenous lives and communities through education.

Indigenous students that choose to pursue a post secondary education may not have the same support system and network that other students enjoy.

Businesses and organizations in Alberta have a keen interest in attracting Indigenous business students; however, there is a gap between the current culture of business and ensuring the workplace is truly an open and inviting place where Indigenous students and graduates can thrive.

What is the New Buffalo Education Circle?

The NBEC is not-for-profit organization that would provide a support system for Indigenous post-secondary students. The organization would help students build networks and open doors to ensure success at school and subsequent careers. This organization would also take on an educational role for employers and educational institutions looking to engage Indigenous business students in a reciprocal and meaningful manner.
